APS was organized in 1999 and officially incorporated in 2003. Founded by William Spiegel, a University of Massachusetts Boston graduate of the School of Management. William’s experience has been in the investment banking industry as well as public accounting. It was in public accounting that he realized the great need for payroll services after witnessing a client go through an unemployment audit. Over the years, the company evolved and grew. Currently, APS serves over 150 clients in various industries ranging from legal to medical practices to pizza and sub shops and to plumbing and electrical contractors, and even a movie theatre as well as many other industries. When William is not helping his clients, he spends time with his family, traveling, and enjoys the beach.
